Pleasure Leads to Pain
I am 44 years of age and only have had one orgasm while making love. All the other times I have had to struggle doing it myself or with my husband’s help and sometimes even with all of that, it takes me forever, even with a vibrator. By the time I am done getting to an orgasm, my legs hurt so bad that the next day I can hardly walk. Can you help me or give me some advice? >>More

Since childbirth, my wife has the desire to make love but cannot reach orgasm. She claims to feel herself getting close but then it stops. Oral and manual stimulation, which worked before, does not work now. Other symptoms are pain during initial penile entry and pain the next day. We have since stopped making love and she services me by masturbation only, about once a week. This has been going on for about 3 years now and I think we need help. Please review and offer any help. Thanks.

Dr Lin’s Response:

There are couple possibilities messing her up:

1. Her vagina was artificially narrowed by an episiotomy or birth tears right after she completed her vaginal delivery. Some crazy doctors intentionally do it in an attempt to increase the patient's sexual pleasure!

2. She has experienced hormone deficiency after her childbearing. There is 1-2 months right after her child delivery requiring a replenishment of her endocrine system with tonic foods, such as concentrated Chicken soup and seafood. Human Growth Hormone (HGH), DHEA and testosterone deficiencies will slow down the recovery of the uterine and vaginal muscles and the healing of the vaginal tears, and make the vaginal muscle rigid, and the clitoral nerve insensitive.

Here are my suggestions:
1. Massage her clitoral base, pubis and groins every day for 5 -10 minutes.

2. Drink Fibra Tea and take ViaGrowth III for 1-2 months help her restore her endocrine function and elevate the DHEA and testosterone levels for increasing the flexibility and elasticity of the pelvic (vaginal and uterine) muscles.

3. When you have sex with her, use your thumb and index finger to hold her clitoral shaft and stroke it like your self-masturbation for 3-5 minutes.

4. Then Use my Finger Pliers method (One curved finger inside her vagina and against the vaginal ceiling) and the other curved finger against her clitoral shaft) Massage her G-spot and clitoral shaft and base. Perform an oscillatory screwing massage the clitoris, G-spot and Epicenter by the Finger Pliers between the one and 11- o'clock positions. You can use this method to trigger her orgasms.

5. Continue to test the flexibility and elasticity of her vaginal muscle with your penis and slow/fast stroking.

6. Repeat Items 3-5 until no intercourse pain. You can do it every day.

I think this will solve the problem for both of you.
