Thank you for the advice you have given me to date. I will give you my history to date and hopefully you can give me some further advice and explain a few things. I started taking ViaGrowth III (2 pills a day, 1 Fibra / Ginseng 4x ) back in June to recharge my parasympathetic nervous system. Toward the end of August, I was waking up 2 to 3 times a night with erections and you said my body was producing too much testosterone and NO even though I was not getting spontaneous erections during the day. Your advice was to reduce intake of ViaGrowth III. Since I have lost a testicle due to a bacterial infection when I was 18, you also said that ViaGrowth III or ViaGrowth IV would improve performance.

When I visited my girlfriend for 2 weeks, I took ViaGrowth IV (2 pills and 2 Fibra and Ginseng 4x a day). I was getting 1 to 3 o’clock spontaneous erections several times a day. During sex, I had no problem controlling ejaculation as long as I did not contract the prostate muscle and slowed my breathing and contracted my anal muscles every now and then. I limited my ejaculation to once per day and didn’t ejaculate every 3rd day. Since the trip (we are in a distance relationship for reasons beyond our current control), I have reduced my intake of ViaGrowth down to 4 days a week (1 pill viagrowth III and 1 Fibra / Ginseng ) and on the other 3 days (1/2 pill of ViaGrowth IV and 1 Fibra / Ginseng).

At this dosage, I have weak spontaneous erections occasionally and I wake up in the morning with a weak erection. You also said I should ejaculate twice a week to increase the healing power of the ViaGrowth. But ejaculation releases parasympathetic energy, thus if I ejaculate then I am releasing the energy I am trying to build up? I have been ejaculating every 4 days since the trip. I hope this gives you an idea of what shape my body is in and you can give me advice on what I need to do and what products/dosages I need to take. My current plan was to take the ViaGrowth III (1 pill), 4 days a week until Christmas, and ViaGrowth IV (1/2 pill), 3 days a week until it runs out in about 9 weeks. Prior to Christmas, I was planning on purchasing another Power package with ViaGrowth IV for the trip.

Actually, ejaculating twice a week helps unlock the brain's hormone control loop, since you still have one functioning testis. Taking 1/2 tablet of ViaGrowth IV a day, that gives you a weak morning erection, indicates that this is a right dose for you, so that your single testicle can join your erection function. Note that 1 tablet of ViaGrowth IV will give you about the same amount hormones as produced by a single testicular and adrenal function of a 20-year old young man. One more consideration for ejaculating twice a week is your prostate health. Flushing your prostate with ejaculating twice a week will help cleanse itself. This is a very important issue associated with prostate health.

With ViaGrowth-IV, Fibra and Ginseng Power Max 4x , most seniors can ejaculate twice a week without experiencing sexual exhaustion and re-erect the penis in about 30 minutes if they take 2 tablets of ViaGrowth IV a day.
